G’Day

My name is David Ward, I’m the School Chaplain for Cloverdale Special Education Support Centre. I have been a chaplain for nine years with the organisation known as Youthcare, serving many schools. Youthcare chaplains care for the social, emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing of students, families and staff. This support helps students achieve their potential, both academically and in their social and families lives.

I’m the school chaplain at two other schools, one being in the Belmont area which has given me a great awareness of support in the Belmont community for families.
